A Goal to Change the Way We Relate

This grant provides an opportunity for UC to model for institutions around the world proven and effective ways to move into the next generation of benefits. As our definition of family evolves, society and cultures as well must evolve. To date, the workplace, including educational institutions, have not kept pace with family demands, be it childcare, education, elder care, domestic spouse support issues. It is evident that even from campus to campus, the culture and needs differ and each campus must personalize their policies and programs to fit their own needs.

This website will be developed soon with interactive opportunities and at this time we request and encourage your comments, insights and suggestions.
