Confidential Climate Survey for UC Berkeley Ladder-Rank Faculty

The goal of this survey is to provide an overall understanding of the working conditions for UC Berkeley ladder-rank faculty. The survey, which will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, focuses on the following four areas: A) your employment experiences, B) your degree of satisfaction, C) your perceptions of your work environment, and D) demographic information.

We truly want your candid responses, which we will keep strictly confidential by detaching them automatically from your name and email address. All results from this survey will be presented in aggregate, so there is no possibility of identification.

To our knowledge, no campus-wide climate survey has ever been conducted at UC Berkeley. Therefore, we thank you in advance for your time and effort in contributing to this milestone event. Survey results are likely to shape policy by serving as a benchmark in our ongoing efforts to make this campus an excellent place to work.
